DELIVERY AND RETURN

DELIVERY

 

No delivery costs are charged for orders for Switzerland from a value of CHF 400.-, to Geneva from a value of CHF 115.-. Below, a contribution to delivery costs of CHF 25.- is invoiced. Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer. Domaine des Curiades Dupraz et fils SA reserves the right to invoice additional actual transport costs in the event of a first unsuccessful delivery attempt. In the event of temporary unavailability of an item or a pre-order, Domaine des Curiades Dupraz et fils SA may have to deliver the same order in several installments. In this case, Domaine des Curiades Dupraz et fils SA undertakes to only invoice once for any contribution to delivery costs. For overseas deliveries, you will want to contact us directly for export sales terms. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday inclusive (except public holidays). We guarantee that all orders will be shipped within five working days following the order, while stocks last. Domaine des Curiades Dupraz et fils SA cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to transport difficulties. In the event of delay, all costs and damages will be excluded.

 

GUARANTEE

 

Goods which give rise to a complaint must not be used under any circumstances. All costs incurred by non-observance of this rule are the responsibility of the customer. A defective product received or used is considered accepted. In the event of complaints sent within the time limit concerning a product presenting defective quality which can be attributed to Domaine des Curiades Dupraz et fils SA, the latter will replace the incriminated goods free of charge and as quickly as possible. Any other request for compensation or civil claims are excluded. Domaine des Curiades Dupraz et fils SA declines all responsibility for the choice of products delivered, as well as for the consequences of their use, as well as for the consequences of the use of defective products. For replaced products, Domaine des Curiades Dupraz et fils SA gives the same guarantee as for the initial services. RETURNS

 

Upon receipt of the ordered products, the buyer must check the conformity of the products. Any anomaly concerning delivery (missing or broken product, damaged package, etc.) must be reported by the buyer to the carrier/deliverer at the time of delivery of the package and must be notified on the same day of receipt or at the latest late on the first working day following receipt, at Domaine des Curiades Dupraz et fils SA, by e-mail to info@curiades.ch or by telephone at +41 (0)22 757 28 15.

 

In the absence of declaration within the allotted time, the customer assumes responsibility for possible damage to the goods. By signing on the delivery note, the customer certifies the correct form of delivery. For any return related to a delivery error or product defect, a return request is mandatory. All return requests must be sent to info@curiades.ch or via the contact form. Returns are accepted only in their original box. Special orders are not taken back.

 

PACKAGING

 

The products ordered are delivered in their original boxes or cases with the exception of special boxes or boxes. There is no return of glass.
