TERMS OF USE

1/ Conditions of use

By viewing and using the pages of this site and its content, you agree to be bound by the conditions described below.

2/ Ordering and availability of products

We now offer you the opportunity to place your wine orders online via our store. For better tracking of each order, a confirmation email will be sent to you before delivery. The products are offered for sale while stocks last. If the Domaine notices that a validated order cannot be honored in full, due to out of stock or change of vintage, the customer will be contacted to decide on an alternative. For customers wishing to pick up their order, please contact us before or after your order.

3/ Deliveries

Wine deliveries are possible throughout Switzerland.

They are carried out by us for the canton of Geneva and its surroundings and by post for the rest of the country. Orders placed online are generally delivered within 2-5 business days (from the time the order is placed).

Any delays do not entitle the BUYER to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages.

The goods can be collected free of charge upon prior request to the following address:

Domaine des Curiades, Chem. des Curiades 49, 1233 Bernex, Switzerland

The delivery address is that specified on the order form that you validate. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to charge you additional shipping costs.

For better delivery management, the customer will always be contacted to define a delivery day and time.

Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more products, the products ordered will be delivered in one go. Deliveries are made in Switzerland only.

4/ Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs, VAT included, excluding transport costs.

Domaine des Curiades reserves the right to modify its sales prices at any time. Once the products have been ordered, they will be invoiced at the rates in effect when the order is placed.

5/ Sale of alcoholic beverages to minors

In Switzerland, the purchase of alcohol is prohibited for minors. The customer confirms by their wine order that they are over 18 years old. Cantonal legislation in Switzerland or national legislation in different European countries provides for restrictions on the sale of alcohol to young people.

6/ Lack of incentive

Neither the information nor the opinions expressed on the site can be understood as an incitement to consume alcoholic beverages.

7/ Data protection

Your personal data is treated confidentially in accordance with federal data protection legislation.

8/ Competent jurisdiction

Any dispute is exclusively subject to Swiss law. The forum is determined by the Law on Forums and is located in the canton of Geneva.
